Hugging: Absolutely! He'll probably offer first, honestly.
Kissing: For meme purposes: less likely in public because idol public image considerations die hard, but behind closed doors he'll totally do it. For game purposes, it depends on his circumstances in the game and how game mechanics interact with intimacy.
Flirting: The real question is when is Momo not flirting (in other words, yes, he'll have a grand time with it and/or start dramatically accusing you of trying to make him cheat on Yuki).
Romance: Given what Momo and Yuki's relationship is like in canon and particularly the development of Momo's behaviour towards him, I interpret and play Momo as in love with Yuki, so it's highly unlikely he's going to go for romance with anyone else even if he tends to assume Yuki won't return his feelings. That said, I am up for playing around with other ships for PSL or meme purposes if people are interested, entirely open to characters having one-sided crushes on Momo and/or him having to let them down gently, and obviously in any setting if a Yuki shows up I am always ready to play them figuring their shit out and entering a relationship.
Sex: Fine for meme purposes but communicate first, in games it usually has to be prompted by the setting somehow, but it does depend a bit on the game and circumstances exactly how much he'll go for it. 18+ characters only, and I play Momo as male-leaning bisexual based on his more overt interest in men in canon, so I'm up for smut threads with characters of any gender, but ICly it'll be a little easier to get him with another guy.
Fighting: Momo generally tries to defuse things verbally first, but he's not afraid to leap into a brawl or grab the nearest blunt object to swing at someone, so go ahead. In terms of ability, he is a normal human so he can't throw around a group of people like it's nothing, but he's very athletic and has quite a powerful build as a result, particularly in the legs since soccer is his sport of choice. As a teenager, he managed to come out on top of a brawl involving several older (and angry) men, and in current canon it's mentioned that three burly hired muscle type criminals were "having trouble with him" when he was at the disadvantage of being handcuffed and border-of-passing-out drunk, so he's generally not going to be a walk-over for other normal humans. If he's forced into a fight or feels he needs to intervene with someone clearly above his weight class, he's a keen strategist and is not above dirty tactics if necessary to either survive or protect someone else, so if a situation along this line comes up then please chat it out with me, especially since it'll likely involve the next topic...
Injuring: Discuss it with me first so I know what's going on, and keep it to non-debilitating injuries unless we've planned it in advance. Momo himself will defend against facial injuries particularly strongly because #idols. Even with planning, I'd prefer to avoid any major injuries to his left leg in particular, because he's compound fractured it before and having something similar happen again would probably permanently weaken the leg.
Killing: Not without some kind of plot or planning in advance - I'm open to the possibility but I prefer it to have the appropriate weight behind it.
Mind-reading/telepathy: I'm very much down for this, but discuss it first. Momo's internally a bit of a mess, so it helps for clarity. Besides the below specific content warnings, in general digging into Momo's head is going to involve encountering a lot of self-hate, impostor syndrome, anxiety and associated psychological issues (while he is currently improving, at one point they were bad enough to manifest in a psychosomatic condition, which might also come up in a mind-digging situation).
Warnings: Momo's backstory deals with suicide/suicidal ideation at multiple points, and the story thread that carries from it to current canon deals with long-term psychological breakdown, including at least one panic attack and psychosomatic illness. Current canon for him also has a specific few scenes containing forced alcohol intake, attempted murder (framed to appear accidental) and threats of human trafficking and mutilation, as well as the part 3-4 villain engaging in abusive behaviours towards him specifically framed as reminiscent of an abusive relationship - the dynamic heavily rests on abuse of prior friendship due to a one-sided interest in/obsession with Momo and vicious retaliation once Momo chooses to cut him off, including things like cyberstalking via hacking social media, trying to isolate/force Momo back to him, and targeting of Momo's partner based on Momo having chosen him, including an attempt to have him killed in front of Momo with it filmed for his amusement. If you would like me to specifically avoid any of these topics in threads with your characters, PM me and I will make a note of it.
