[Momo is an inch from reflexively deleting the message like he would any spam message (some of them are good for a laugh, but he tends to have enough taking up his inbox at any given time that he doesn't need extras) before he notices that there's actually a name he recognises attached to it. To his knowledge, hacking a Syntrofos isn't an easy thing to do given the recognition of their owners, so he has to figure Kazahana may just be one of the many people here less familiar with tech he'd consider modern.]
I thought you got hacked for a second before I remembered that's way harder to do here wwww (*≧▽≦)ノシ)) I appreciate the sentiment, though~! Is this your first time seeing a chain mail?
That's the urge they're going for! That you'll want to send them on (。・`ω・´) A chain mail is a kind of message or letter that basically demands it be sent on, usually by threatening something bad is gonna happen if you don't Like this one is talking about bad luck, right? That makes some people anxious enough to keep it passing if they don't know there's a whole ecosystem of them out there written basically the same way (; ̄▽ ̄)
Yep (T▽T) Sometimes they'll even attach stuff to them that can infect people's devices or stuff like that This one at least doesn't seem to have that but it's a risk to keep in mind (〃´・ω・`)ゝ Since I know you would've had the best of intentions sending it~!
sort of, i'm not exactly sure? my world used to have computers, but technology is low-priority now. so whatever i learn about, i have to read from books.
well, all resources go to combating the monsters now. and because the monsters have destroyed a lot of the world it's difficult to travel. so even if there are resources in a neighboring town they might not be important enough to risk your life over. my city is more isolated from the rest of the world than it was say twenty years ago
Ah, I've heard others mention their worlds being similar to that... So I guess the cities being isolated the way they are here isn't new to you (●´⌓`●) Do you fight the monsters?
[He's noticed Kazahana tends to react pretty visibly in crisis or faced with something shocking, but that doesn't preclude him from being a rookie to that sort of role given his age.]
That's way too young...I wish things weren't like that for you, but it seems like more people here come from worlds like that than not (´-﹏-`;) I guess maybe they thought it would be easier to adjust to here
Patho-Gen, right? According to Celia-san there's some kind of criteria for the people they bring, it's just super not precision work because it's on a multiverse scale (●´⌓`●)
[That was back when they arrived, and there's definitely things Celia doesn't know about Patho-Gen, but she at least hadn't been deliberately lying.]
I feel like it's only really semi-controlled in practice... (●´ω`●)ゞ It has its perks! It's been cool hearing about so many different worlds and meeting lots of new people~! o((*^▽^*))o

I don't think I've asked much about your world before |ω・`)

my world used to have computers, but technology is low-priority now.
so whatever i learn about, i have to read from books.
no subject
Are there resource issues or something like here or is it something else?
[If they've gone back to books, he's assuming it wasn't it falling out of favour for something more advanced.]

and because the monsters have destroyed a lot of the world it's difficult to travel.
so even if there are resources in a neighboring town they might not be important enough to risk your life over.

i was trained to fight them, so it's essentially my job.

no subject
i am pretty young, i guess. but i didn't have a choice in the matter.

I guess maybe they thought it would be easier to adjust to here
